youth for the future

 

Youth for the future supports young professionals from the Northeast region of Brazil, through content focused on 21st century skills. We recognize the importance of English in achieving better job opportunities and interpersonal skills, in this period when young people are being even more affected by unemployment. Through this project we will qualify young people to seek professional opportunities.

TEACHERS

KARIN COLANTONIO

Karin is a business administrator, in the last 10 years she has worked in multinational companies, always using English for presentations in countries such as the United States, Mexico, China, Belgium and Germany. She participated in the YLAI (sponsored by the US Department of State). She is also the founder of Instituto K, commercial manager of a large beverage company and administrative director of USBEA Brazil.

KAROLINA COLANTONIO

Karolina is co-founder and educational coordinator of the English classes and will facilitate the meetings. She has been an English teacher for over 12 years and has worked in major language schools. Karolina has internationally renowned qualifications such as: TOEFL, CPE and CELTA, earned with top marks.

RAFAEL AIELO

Rafael is an English teacher and instructional designer. He worked in startups as a designer and will facilitate meetings together with Karolina. He will act with specific classes on pronunciation, his great specialty. It's also what makes the course content easy for all of you to understand!

ERIKA REZENDE SILVA

From Sergipe, to Erika and the program manager. She participated in the Youth Ambassadors in 2014. She is also the finance director of USBEA Brazil.

LARISSA DARCY

From Pernambuco, Larissa will be one of the program's facilitators. Participated in EIP, Access and SUSI. She is also a member of USBEA Brasil and holds an MBA in Project Management.

We are a social organization! We take high quality English classes free of charge to a larger number of people. We have a qualified team with a lot of experience in teaching English. We offer a range of courses, training for teachers and classes in partnership with companies that seek to improve the level of their employees.
